Domestic Delivery (Within the UK)

We offer a complementary courier delivery service via UPS Express or Premium Delivery courier service to the UK. We deliver to both residential and business addresses so we can get you started as quickly as possible.

International Deliveries (Outside the UK)

We, as ‘sender’ also offer worldwide courier service via UPS International Express at a flat rate. For International orders that are to be delivered outside of the UK, customs duties and taxes may be payable in your home country and any customs/duties are to be paid by you as the ‘receiver’. If you do not complete payment of the duties/taxes in your home country and the order incurs return shipping costs, these costs are to be paid by the receiver. Once the item is received by the sender, the sender will process a  partial refund to the receiver less all shipping costs incurred by the sender. If as a result of the receiver not paying the customs duties and taxes the courier ‘abandons’ the parcel, no partial refund will be made to the receiver.

Signature on Delivery

Please note all of our orders are sent securely with signature on delivery and transit insurance for your peace of mind and protection.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been despatched.

Please check the shipping times at checkout in the shipping area as during period of high demand we may require additional time to despatch your order 🙂
